Land Rover has added another variant to its Range Rover sub-brand--the long-wheelbase Range Rover.

Scheduled to debut at the 2013 Los Angeles Auto Show this November, the long-wheelbase Range Rover boasts an additional 5.5-inches of legroom over the standard model. According to the British truck manufacturer, the extra legroom was achieved by lengthening the unibody in front of the rear wheels.

To take full advantage of the extra legroom, the long-wheelbase Range Rover is available with the optional executive seating package that reclines the individual rear seat back by 17 degrees, or eight degrees more than in the standard-wheelbase version.

According to Land Rover, the long-wheelbase Range Rover will be available in either Supercharged or Autobiography trim levels, with either a three-across bench seat or individual rear seats with a center console.

In addition, the long-wheelbase variant will be equipped with standard powered door blinds and a panoramic sunroof, and carry a distinctive \'L\' badge insignia on the lower front-door trims.

Delivery of the long-wheelbase Range Rover to customers will begin in the first quarter of 2014.
