The flagship Jetour T2 gets a menacing facelift with a new Terminator variant, debuted at the 2024 Philippine International Motorshow (PIMS). Meanwhile, those in the compact SUV market (and we know there are a lot of you) get another option with the all-new Jetour X50.
Let's talk about the X50 first. The sleek, small frame of the X50 contrasts with a large, industrial looking grille, topped by thin headlights. The X50 measures in at 4,397mm long, 1,841mm tall, and 1654mm wide. It looks like the design takes notes from other crossovers in the market in an attempt to leave an avant garde impression at first glance. In a city full of compact SUVs, that grille will definitely stand out across Metro Manila.

Driving-wise the X50 packs a standard 1.5-liter engine to make 156hp and 230Nm of torque. In the cabin, the five-seater keeps an up-to-date infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, all while keeping drivers and passengers relatively comfortable in faux leather seats.
Retailing for P888,000 for the base model, the X50 slides right into the competition, and could contend with the deep and diverse competition.
Moving on to the star of the booth, the T2 Terminator is coming for the competition. The T2 and its ‘XWD’ system has been on Philippine roads since its launch last March. Jetour announced that the burly 4x4 SUV will be fitted with Outdoor and Executive kits. Whether owners want to take their T2 off-roading or just around the city, Jetour has it all covered. Both variants feature a rugged Terminator grille, four-eye LED top lights, roof rails, rear spoilers, side ladders, and light protectors on the front and back.
The Executive Kit contains all of those accessories, in a gray-metallic colorway. For the adventurers, the T2 Terminator Outdoor Kit will give the car a stealth black paint coat, and add a hood shield.
Drivers can get their hands on a T2 Terminator for the price of P2,898,000.
