Ever wondered what the final boss in a John Wick film would drive? Well, the brilliant Wisconsin-based tuner that is Ringbrothers asked itself just that for this year’s SEMA, and this is the result. Run for the hills immediately.

Meet Kingpin. Kingpin is a 1969 Mustang Mach 1, and the result of over 5,500 hours of meticulous work. Its beating heart is a Wegner Motorsports 5.0-liter Coyote V8 complete with a Whipple supercharger producing over 789 horsepower, which sends those horsies to the rear wheels via a Bowler Transmissions Carbon Edition six-speed manual ‘box.

Sounds healthy enough to us, but to warn John Wick his demise is imminent—because John Wick must die—it also gets custom-fabricated headers and a Flowmaster Super 44 Series stainless steel exhaust system.

We’re told the team also undertook “extensive metalwork,” including widening the body by two inches at the front and 3.5in at the rear, as well as extending the wheelbase forward by 1.5 inches. It also features a shedload of carbon-fiber trim—see the hood, grille surround, front lip, rear diffuser, plus rear quarter and tail panels.

At each corner, it wears HRE Vintage Series 517 wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres, hidden behind which you’ll likely have spotted the massive Brembo brakes. What you might not have spotted is the independent front and rear suspension and Fox RS adjustable coilovers. It’s all finished off in that mean 'Bootleg Blag’ paint job.

Inside, it gets a crushed-carbon hoop steering wheel, Dakota digital gauges, and a fancy climate control system, as well as a custom-built rollcage. Oh, and that custom trim is dubbed ‘Grab-Her Green’—“a playful nod to Ford’s Grabber Green, albeit with a subtle change in hue to highlight the car’s villainous undertones.”

Any final words, Mr. Wick?
