Love the Volkswagen Golf GTS? We don't blame you. Ever since Volkswagen Philippines launched the wagon mid-2017, we've seen a growing number of them roaming the streets. Wagon love is back, it seems.
To celebrate the Filipinos' rediscovered fandom for estates, VW has kicked the year off by introducing the Golf GTS Highline variant to its lineup. Its exterior amenities include 17-inch alloy wheels, bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, rain-sensing wipers, and heated side mirrors. Inside, you get power-adjusted front seats with lumbar support, a leather-wrapped tiller with paddle shifters, a 6.5-inch infotainment screen, and a Fender sound system with eight speakers and a subwoofer.
Powering the new Golf GTS Highline is the same 2.0-liter TDI mill found in the other variants, which boasts 148hp and 340Nm. The good news is that you can still grab yourself a Highline unit for the pre-excise tax price of P1,340,000 while stocks last.
Available colors include Black, Blue Silk, Night Blue Metallic, Platinum Grey, Pure White, Reflex Silver, Tornado Red, Tungsten Silver. For the interior, you get a choice of Titan Black and Beige.
Want a new wagon? Then hurry to your nearest dealership while the pre-excise tax prices remain.
