TopGear.com.ph Philippine Car News - Ferrari, Maserati dealership opens its doors in Bonifacio Global City

Autostrada Motore, the exclusive importer and distributor of Ferrari and Maserati in the Philippines, has officially opened the doors of its showroom and factory-certified service center in Bonifacio Global City.

"We are very excited that our plan to open a Ferrari and Maserati dealership has finally come to fruition," said Autostrada Motore chairman and president Wellington Soong. "It has been a challenging task to bring two premium supercar brands here, but it is worth it. In a way, we have finally arrived. As the official dealership for Ferrari and Maserati, we are aligned with the new corporate identity, which reflects the passion, technical excellence and unique style of the brands. As part of a worldwide network of Ferrari and Maserati dealerships, Autostrada Motore ensures customers that they will receive only top-notch customer service to match the legendary performance, technology and style of their cars."

To mark the occasion, Autostrada Motore unveiled two new models in the Ferrari 458 Italia and the Maserati GranTurismo MC Stradale. This, however, is only the start as the dealership will actually market the entire lineup of both brands.

"We have to carry Ferrari's entire lineup," said Autostrada Motore executive director Marc Soong. "The market expects it so we'll give it to them--from the California to the FF to the newly launched F12 Berlinetta."

For Maserati, the dealership will even stock on some models for customers who can't wait for their orders to be shipped from the Italian carmaker's factory in Modena, revealed Autostrada Motore's Maserati brand manager, Jasper Monteiro.

As to how much the cars cost, the elder Soong would only say that, given the level of customization a customer would require from either one of the Italian brands, a unit could cost from P18 million to P30 million. We dug around further and we found out that the barest 458 Italia that's devoid of any customization would ring the cash register at P23 million.

So, is it time for you to break your piggy bank?
