In July 2025, BYD Cars Philippines and ACMobillity partnered with Healthway Cancer Care Hospital to raise funds for cancer patients through a limited-edition run of the Seagull finished in seashell pink.
In a report by the Manila Bulletin, BYD recently announced that the initiative successfully raised P770,000, with 77 Seagulls sold. The funds were turned over to the Healthway Foundation’s Cancer Care Hope Fund to provide financial assistance for patients' ongoing treatments.
Apart from helping raise funds for cancer care, customers of the limited-edition pink hatchback also received vouchers worth P5,000 for HealthCheq Premium and Premium Plus packages. They were also given 10% discounts on Healthway VaxHub vaccinations and cancer screenings for women.
