The Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines Inc., or CAMPI, has revealed to TopGear.com.ph the official slogan and logo for the 5th Philippine International Motor Show scheduled for September 18 to 21 this year at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
According to the group, the slogan for the upcoming industry motor show is "Progress in motion," which we presume to mean that the exhibit will put special emphasis on the latest technologies--particularly in the field of fuel efficiency and environment protection--that are being rolled out by CAMPI members. As such, the show will likely feature several concept cars, which are always popular among visitors.
Expected to participate in this year's PIMS are BMW, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep, Daewoo Bus, Honda, Isuzu, JMC, Kia, Lexus, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Peugeot, Suzuki, Toyota and Volkswagen.
As you read this, CAMPI is now on the verge of finalizing the design of the motor show's entrance at WTC. We saw the three design options and we can tell you that this event shouldn't be missed.
We'll keep you posted on the latest developments as soon as they're communicated to us. Top Gear Philippines is proud to once again be an official media partner of the Philippine International Motor Show.
