Donny Pangilinan has officially signed on as Changan’s first official brand ambassador. Inchcape Philippines and Changan first signaled this partnership at the Manila International Auto Show earlier this year, and Donny recently paid a visit to the Chinese brand’s flagship dealer in Pasig City to formalize the partnership and receive his new cars.
Yes, you heard that right, cars. You can expect Donny to be cruising around in a brand-new Changan CS35 subcompact crossover and the Nevo Hunter K50 4x4 pickup. That all-electric pickup is also Donny’s first EV. Now, that’s a pretty cool start. He’ll also get to experience what Changan offers on the ICE side of things as the CS35 runs on a 1.4-liter turbocharged powerplant.

Inchape Philippines country head Alex Yap commented on why the brand chose Donny as its first brand ambassador: “Donny is a natural fit for Changan. His forward-thinking mindset, strong work ethic, and aspirational lifestyle align well with our commitment to delivering future-ready mobility solutions, with people and partnerships at our core.”
To celebrate, Changan is offering cash discounts of up to P520,000 across its 10-vehicle lineup. A CS35 like Donny’s normally starts at P1.109 million, but a big P300,000 discount from Changan Philippines puts it at just P809,000 for interested buyers.
The Nevo Hunter K50 that Donny will be driving is the 4x4 variant, which stickers for P1.97 million, but truckers and Donators alike can purchase a brand-new one for P1.88 million, after a cool P90,000 discount.
These discounts and deals are available until June 30, 2025.
