Foton Philippines has made big changes to its A. Bonifacio showroom and dealership—the Balintawak location now exclusively deals in the brand’s commercial EVs, and has been retooled with the proper facilities for servicing them.
Despite the humble 300sqm showroom space, the whole facility comes in at around 2,000sqm. Much of the real estate has been dedicated to service facilities, including its four vehicle bays. In total, Foton can service 14 to 19 electric vehicles—plenty of headroom for fleet operations.

To support this new focus on electric fleets, Foton now also offers charging solutions to keep customer vehicles powered, as well as free training and workshops for employees operating the vehicles. Aftersales support is also available through a 24/7 on-standby tech support team, and an inventory of spare parts ready to be delivered to dealerships from Foton’s warehouses in Clark and Valenzuela.

Foton’s commercial EV lineup covers a wide range of applications, from people-movers like the Traveller Sierra EV van and Coach Bus EV, to cargo carriers like the Tornado EV truck and the EST 6x4 Tractor Head EV.

Foton’s retooling of this dealership to focus on EVs shows how the commercial sector is quickly warming up to electrification, especially due to the fuel crisis. Just last month, the Department of Trade and Industry began offering loans for hybrid and electric vehicles to spur their adoption.
The newly reintroduced EV-only Foton dealership can be found at 707 A. Bonifacio Avenue, Balintawak, Quezon City. This is also a strategic location which sees plenty of travel from commercial vehicles around the area, as well as neighboring businesses that deploy vehicle fleets.
