Apart from previewing the M8 premium minivan and the M6 Pro MPV last month, GAC Motor Philippines also opened the doors to a new dealership in southern Metro Manila.
GAC Motor Alabang brings the Chinese carmaker’s local dealer network to 20 outlets thus far. It’s the first GAC facility in the Philippines to comply with the brand’s global showroom standards, boasting a four-vehicle display capacity and full operational support for sales, service, and spare parts (3S).

It also features an after-sales service area with six car bays and diagnostic equipment, plus an ample stock of genuine parts and tools. All vehicles sold will be covered by a five-year warranty, 24-hour emergency roadside assistance, and free preventive maintenance service for the first 5,000km, among others.

Meanwhile, GAC Motor Philippines brand head Franz Decloedt said: “The comprehensive facility of our new dealership in Alabang serves as a key stepping stone in our drive to deliver the GAC Motor brand promise of excellence to the Filipinos, giving them a fully-equipped facility in the southern part of Metro Manila.”

GAC’s local dealer-network expansion comes ahead of the carmaker’s plans to launch six new models in the Philippines in 2024. The M8 and the M6 Pro are included in this roster of upcoming models, with prices ranging from P3 million to P4.1 million for the M8 and P1.2 to P1.6 million for the M6 Pro.
