Honda Cars Philippines (HCPI) has officially launched Honda Certified Pre-Owned, a new online platform to help customers buy and sell used Honda vehicles.
Current owners will need to obtain either a ‘Verified Care’ or a ‘Certified Plus’ certification for their Honda car if they want to put it up for sale on the website. This ensures that each pre-owned Honda advertised for display on the platform has been properly cared for and is worthy of being sold to a new owner.

Pre-owned Hondas can be given a Verified Care certificate if it has received at least one annual PMS visit for the past three years. The certificate will be issued for the third year, which also marks its validity.
Certified Plus certification can be obtained if the vehicle passes a 288-point quality inspection, receives a separate quality certificate, and has been repaired using 100% Honda genuine parts and fluids. All HCPI dealerships in Luzon (including Metro Manila) can issue Certified Plus certificates. Honda facilities in Visayas and Mindanao will soon be able to do so as well.
Honda customers who list their cars on the new website will receive a ‘new car purchase’ voucher, which can be used at any HCPI dealer in the country. And those who purchase a car from the Honda Certified Pre-Owned website will receive a voucher for their next PMS appointment.
