It’s only been a week since Kia Philippines launched the new Stonic, and the Korean carmaker is already improving ways to service its growing market.
The new Kia Marikina Service Center is located at the corner of Gil Fernando Avenue and Mt. Everest Street in Marikina City. Built in partnership with Advan Motor, Kia’s new service center aims to cater to Kia’s customers in the eastern portion of Metro Manila.
The facility offers vehicle repairs and basic preventive maintenance services, as well as authentic Kia parts. Customers may book appointments beforehand via the Kia Marikina-Advan Motor Inc. Facebook page.
Kia customers will also be able to avail of the free 24/7 emergency roadside assistance through the Kia Marikina Service Center. The roadside assistance covers the following:
- Emergency towing
- Minor on-site repairs
- Personal assistance
- Medical assistance
- Information services
“Our goal to reach more Filipinos by partnering with strong and experienced associates and affiliates is aggressively being realized,” Kia Philippines president Manny Aligada said. “Rest assured that as we boost our reach by placing facilities in strategic locations around the archipelago, we will continue to surprise our customers with quality products and dependable aftersales initiatives.”
This new facility is now Kia’s 38th overall and is the second of four additional facilities that Kia Philippines plans to open this year.
