“The warranty extension of the hybrid battery from three to five years underscores our dedication to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. It reinforces our commitment to providing premium quality hybrid technology and exceptional customer services,” says Mazda Philippines president Steven Tan. “Owners of these models will now benefit from comprehensive coverage for their hybrid battery systems, ensuring added peace of mind.”
That peace of mind not only comes from warranty and coverage, but state-of-the-art battery technology that goes into every Mazda HEV. Every battery has its own Power Control Module (PCM) which ensures that its temperature and performance are closely and consistently monitored. This close oversight from the PCM prevents overcharging, or depletion, which then extends battery life.
Completing the Mazda HEV system, alongside the PCM, is Skyactiv engine technology—providing exceptional and economical driving experience.

The Mazda HEV system also reduces emissions by turning off the engine at low speeds or at full stop. Regenerative braking then captures energy (usually wasted during deceleration) and stores it in the battery. The system can then use the stored energy to give the car an electric boost during acceleration or to reduce reliance on the internal combustion engine.
Now with a five-year warranty, three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, and a five-year or 100,000-kilometer free Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) package, which Mazda HEV will you be picking up?
