Team Philippines has officially been assembled for the 2025 Mitsubishi Motors Corporation Global Service Skills Competition. This contest brings in the top Mitsubishi dealers from all across the world, to tests their skills against the Japanese brand’s international standards.
Raymond Rivera from Carworld and Jose Irinco of Diamond Motor proved to be the best of the best around our national Mitsubishi dealer network, and will be heading to Japan later this year for the global contest.
The two dominated in the latest iteration of the Mitsubishi Skills Olympics (MSO), that took place earlier this year. Mitsubishi Motors Philippines (MMPC) challenged the top dealers in the country on customer service, technical maintenance, and other after-sales offerings in an effort to uplift our national standards.

Carworld proved to be the overall champion of this year’s olympics with Rivera leading the service advisor category. Diamond Motor followed at a close second, and technician champion Jose Irinco will be joining Rivera on the global stage.
While Rivera and Irinco came out on top, this year’s competition proved to be a win for all Mitsubishi drivers and owners across the country. Skills contests like this collectively refine the skills of Mitsubishi officers and technicians all over the country, elevating the expertise and quality of the entire local dealer network.
MMPC president and CEO Ritsu Imaeda detailed the importance of the contest by saying, “The Mitsubishi Skills Olympics is more than a competition—it is a celebration of our dealership network’s commitment to excellence and their role in delivering the best customer experience.”
