Big changes are up for Ford Philippines. The American carmaker has appointed a new managing director: Pedro Simoes.
Simoes is currently the director for marketing, commercial vehicle, and fleet for Ford Middle East where he established a new department, team, and processes for the region in 2021. He had also served as retail marketing and revenue management director for the region. Simoes will assume office effective December 1, succeeding outgoing managing director Mike Breen who will be repatriating to the US.

“With proven track record of success in driving brand growth, market expansion, and collaborative leadership style, I am confident that Pedro will be able to lead the team and work together with our dealer partners to further strengthen our presence in the Philippines,” said Ford ASEAN and Asia Pacific Distributor Markets president Yukontorn Vickie Wisadkosin.
