With Earth Day just around the corner, Robinsons Malls continues to push for climate-friendly and accessible mobility solutions. It’s a sustained effort in response to the nation’s growing concerns about resource consumption, energy efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
As part of Robinsons Land Corporation’s sustainability agenda, the malls are providing more EV charging networks around the country. The charging stations—in partnership with Meralco, Shell Recharge, ACMobility, and Tesla—feature universal charging pods alongside dedicated e-bike charging facilities.
To extend clean mobility infrastructure regionally, new charging stations are set to open in:
- Robinsons La Union
- Robinsons Tuguegarao
- Robinsons Santiago
- Robinsons Antique
- Robinsons Iligan
- Robinsons Valencia
- Robinsons Butuan
In the past two years, Robinsons Malls has expanded its EV charging network from 14 to 42 charging points across its properties. Some active charging locations include:
- Opus Mall
- Robinsons Galleria
- Robinsons Manila
- Robinsons Magnolia
- Robinsons Tagaytay
- Robinsons Iloilo
- Robinsons Pagadian
- Robinsons Dumaguete
- Robinsons Roxas

In addition to the charging stations, Robinsons has also strengthened its support for active mobility, with eight of its malls recognized as bicycle-friendly establishments by the Mobility Awards 2025.
The malls have partnered with the National Bicycle Organization (NBO), serving as venues for the NBO’s children’s push bike racing events since 2021. These events have been a way to promote active mobility among kids while providing a fun and safe space for them to build confidence while developing their skills.
With access to charging stations becoming increasingly important, it’s good to see establishments creating infrastructure that supports electric mobility and active mobility as part of long-term sustainability goals.
