The new establishment caters to BMW owners as a service-only facility and is located at 151 Epifanio De Los Santos Avenue (EDSA), Wack-Wack, Mandaluyong.
The facility features a BMW Service Fast Lane, a streamlined process designed for swift routine maintenance without compromising safety or precision. This includes quicker vehicle check-in, specialized procedures for PMS and light repairs, and an optimized end-to-end workflow.
Customers can stay at the lounge by the BMW Retail.Next Service Reception Area. The boutique-inspired space blends physical and digital touchpoints for an intuitive and welcoming experience. Lounge-like consultation areas are also available, designed to give clients a comfortable and refined service journey.

There are 10 dedicated work bays providing technical support for all BMW models. Both the service area and personnel are fully equipped to handle the brand’s diverse model lineup, from internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEV) to plug-in hybrids (PHEV) and battery electric vehicles (BEV).
