Barely two weeks after activating a refurbished satellite dealership in Laguna, Suzuki Philippines opens another similar facility in Ubay Bohol, strengthening its presence in the province and its network in Central Visayas.
Suzuki Auto Ubay Satellite, the third dealership under Des Strong Motors, is located in Purok 1 of Barangay Bood in the municipality. It occupies a 490sqm area, and features a showroom display that can accommodate four vehicles at the same time. Also within the facility are two working bays.
During the dealership’s launch on March 20, Suzuki Philippines vice president and general manager for automobile Keiichi Suzuki thanked the brand’s stakeholders and growing clientele. “None of this would have been made possible without your support,” he said. “Thank you for continuous belief and faith in the Suzuki brand. Let us all continue to champion the Suzuki Way of Life and may we have more shared success in the future!”
In 2020, the Japanese carmaker sold 15,515 units in the Philippines for a record-best market share of 6.3%. Its top sales drivers were the Ertiga, the Carry, and the S-Presso.
