VinFast Philippines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Jiga, an auto service chain operated by the MGA.414 Corporation, to expand and fortify its aftersales service capabilities.
The MOU will have VinFast and MGA.414 assign specific Jiga locations as official service centers for VinFast vehicles. Hailing from Vietnam, VinFast aims to have 100 service centers in the Philippines by the end of 2025, with Jiga likely supplying a great number.

These service centers should be capable of catering to whatever a VinFast owner needs. Whether that be repairs, scheduled maintenance, or services particular to VinFast’s lineup of EVs.

VinFast Philippines currently offers leasing programs for the batteries on its electric vehicles. Mainly, this helps bring down the initial price of a VinFast EV, but battery leasing can also include friendlier warranty programs and other flexible options for EV ownership.
These new VinFast service centers should be able to uphold the convenience that may come with battery leasing, as well as regular car maintenance. Select Jiga locations will also carry genuine parts from VinFast to make replacements more accessible.
Jiga currently has shops around Metro Manila and key urban areas in Visayas. Those strategic locations may also help VinFast expand into more locations around the Philippines. The Vietnamese carmaker currently has nine dealers in the country, with the majority of them located in Luzon. The brand has two locations in Visayas, which should complement Jiga’s local availability nicely.
