Isuzu customers in Cagayan de Oro must be a really happy bunch as their favorite vehicle store just bagged the Japanese brand's Dealer of the Year award--for the third time.
Isuzu Cagayan de Oro's third consecutive Dealer of the Year award was received by its president and general manager, Frank Rolida; and assistant general manager and sales manager, George Ongchua. Awarding took place during Isuzu Philippines Corporation's dealer convention at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
"We are truly honored for the awards we received and for the opportunities that Isuzu Philippines have given in order for us to excel and to continuously grow our business," Rolida said. "We are very optimistic that 2011 will be another great year for Isuzu and its dealership network."
Isuzu Cagayan de Oro's lead as a dealer in key areas like sales and after-sales operations is followed by Isuzu Makati and Isuzu Batangas.
Aside from the Dealer of the Year award, Isuzu Cagayan de Oro also bagged the trophies for Best in Sales Criteria and Best in Parts Criteria. Other awards given during the event were the Best in Service Criteria received by Isuzu Makati, Best in Customer Service earned by Isuzu Pampanga, and the Most-Improved Dealership reaped by Isuzu Iloilo.
Awards were handed over by Isuzu Philippines executive vice president Yuki Kato and president Ryoji Yamazaki, who encouraged Isuzu dealers to continue to "strive for sales excellence this 2011."
