Sometime in 2024, the Bureau of Customs seized two Bugatti Chirons that it later put up for auction. The floor price set back then was P312,390,878 million for the blue 2017 model, and P334,238,820 for the red 2019 unit.
Needless to say, there weren’t any takers because the agency has now announced that the same two Chirons will be in the lineup for its next auction on February 11, 2026, along with eight cars from the Discaya collection.

To draw in buyers, the starting bids for the Bugatti hypercars have been lowered: The blue unit now has a floor price of P149,947,621.44 with a bond of P7,497,381, while for the red Chiron, it’s P160,434,633.60 and P8,021,732. Those figures are approximately half of the original floor prices and bonds.
