If you’re coming from Manila and have a flight from Clark International Airport (CRK), you might want to take note of this free shuttle service.
Luzon International Premiere Airport Development (LIPAD) and Genesis Transport have set up free shuttles from Bay 13 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 to CRK, leaving every hour. The participating airlines are Cebu Pacific, CebGo, Philippine Airlines, AirSwift and Sunlight Air.

The free shuttles are strictly for travelers departing from CRK within 24 hours. To avail of the service, show the Genesis dispatcher at NAIA Terminal 3 your boarding pass or flight itinerary and booking reference number, plus a valid ID. You will then be given a voucher to fill out, which you can give to the bus conductor before boarding.

The service works on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability. However, since shuttle trips leave every hour, it won’t be too long of a wait to board the next bus. The shuttle service is limited to one-time use and is nontransferable. There’s a strict policy that you must have a boarding pass or booking confirmation to avail of the free ride.
The shuttle began operations on April 1, 2026. With more flights now using CRK as their gateway, the free shuttle service aims to make travel between Manila and Clark more accessible and convenient.
“This initiative is part of our continuing efforts to ease the transition of turboprop operations to Clark and ensure that passengers are fully supported as services shift,” said LIPAD CEO Noel Manankil. “By providing a seamless and cost-free transfer option, we are making it easier for travelers to access CRK.”
