TopGear.com.ph Philippine Car News - Green Frog hybrid public bus transport extends route to SM Mall of Asia

In January, we reported about the Green Frog fleet of diesel hybrid public-utility buses that operate a route from Buendia to Kalayaan in Makati City, with the end points at the LRT 1 Gil Puyat station and C5/Buting.

Well, the bus operator, Green Frog Zero Emissions Transport, has announced that it is extending the route from the LRT 1 Gil Puyat station all the way to the SM Mall of Asia complex.

According to the operator, its hybrid buses will have four stops within the MOA complex: in front of ECom on Harbor Drive; the Mall of Asia main entrance on Pacific Drive; between the Arena and SMX on Coral Way; and right after the second overhead bridge on Seaside Boulevard.

Despite the lengthier route, Green Frog Zero Emissions Transport hopes to maintain a 15-minute interval between buses by adding more units to its fleet "in a few weeks."
