Iglesia ni Cristo will hold its ‘National Rally for Peace’ this coming January 13, 2025. It will be held in the City of Manila, more specifically, the Quirino Grandstand. As such, several roads in the nation’s capital will be closed for the rally and detours will be put in place.

The following roads will be closed on January 13, 2024:
- Katigbak Drive and South Drive
- Independence Road
- North and South bound of Roxas Blvd. from Katigbak Drive to U.N. Ave.
- North and South bound of Bonifacio Drive from Katigbak Drive to Anda Circle
- P. Burgos Ave. from Victoria St. to Roxas Blvd.
- Ma. Orosa St. from P. Burgos Ave. to U.N. Ave
- Finance Rd. from P. Burgos Ave. to Taft Ave.
- Gen. Luna Roundtable
- Kalaw Ave. from Taft Ave. to Roxas Blvd.
Iglesia ni Cristo ‘National Rally for Peace’ detours for private vehicles and PUVs

The City of Manila has laid down several alternate routes to go around the rally area. The following information comes directly from the Manila Public Information Office.
- Those coming from Southbound lane of Roxas Blvd., A. Mabini St. and Ma. Orosa St. heading to Kalaw Ave. must turn right to U.N. Avenue.
- Motorists from Ayala Blvd. heading to Finance Road straight to P. Burgos Ave. shall turn left to Taft Ave.
- Meanwhile, those coming from Jones Bridge, Mac Arthur Bridge, and Quezon Bridge heading to Roxas Boulevard via P. Burgos Ave need to go through Lagusnilad towards Taft Ave.
- Vehicles coming from Sta. Lucia St. to Muralla St. intending to utilize Gen. Luna Roundtable shall go straight to Muralla St.
- Those from Mel Lopez Blvd. are to be rerouted to the Anda Circle and then turn right to Soriano Ave.

- All Trucks and Trailers travelling Northbound lane of Osmeña Highway going to Mel Lopez Blvd. (Pier Area shall turn right to Pres. Quirino Ave., to Mabini Bridge to point of destination.
- All trailer trucks/heavy vehicles coming from Mel Lopez Blvd. (R-10) going to Roxas Blvd. shall turn left to Capulong St., straight to Yuseco St. to Lacson Ave. to point of destination.
Other announcements
Aside from rerouting, the Manila City government also has two parking plans for those attending the rally. The first option is along Roxas Blvd. from U.N. Ave. to P. Ocampo St. The other is on Mel Lopez Blvd. from Anda Circle to NLEX Connector City limit.
Face to face and online classes are suspended in all levels in Manila, while government offices will be closed except for ‘vital services’ such as rescue and disaster response, health, and so on. Quezon City will also do the same.
