Got apprehended and ticketed by a traffic enforcer of the Metropolitan Manila Development Office (MMDA) recently? You can now settle the traffic violation fine at the MMDA Traffic Ticket Management Division Satellite Office located inside Robinsons Galleria in Quezon City.
Also referred to as the MMDA Redemption Satellite Office, the new facility may be found at the mall’s Lingkod Pinoy Center on the lower ground floor. It is open from Mondays to Saturdays, from 8am to 5pm.
What services does the MMDA satellite office at Robinsons Galleria offer?

Instead of going to the MMDA Head Office on Julia Vargas Avenue, Pasig City, you may proceed to the MMDA Redemption Satellite Office for the following:
- settlement of traffic violations issued by authorized MMDA personnel
- lifting of alarm for drivers on the Land Transportation Office (LTO) alarm list
- processing of driver clearance to confirm that there are no traffic violations

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) has provided a rent-free arrangement for the space occupied by the new satellite office.

“The goal of this partnership with RLC is to make settlement of traffic fine-related concerns easier and more accessible to our valued stakeholders,” said MMDA acting chairman Atty. Romando Artes during the inauguration of the new facility.
Note that MMDA traffic fines may also be settled at Bayad Center and SM Bills Payment branches as well as various online channels within seven days of issuance. Beyond this period, you will have to go to proceed to an office of the Traffic Ticket Management Division.
