If you’ve started relying on taxis and ride-hailing services to get to and from the airport after overnight parking fees went up earlier this year, this should be useful to you: The centralized transport network vehicle service (TNVS) hub at Terminal 3 of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) is now fully operational.

“With a centralized hub and diverse transportation options, we are bringing more order and efficiency to the airport,” said Lito Alvarez, general manager of New NAIA Infrastructure Corporation. “This is part of our commitment to making travel smoother and stress-free for every passenger.”

What is the NAIA Terminal 3 centralized TNVS hub?

The 6,000sqm dedicated facility for ride-hailing and taxi services is located within the multi-level parking building of Terminal 3, the busiest of all NAIA terminals. It features 401 parking slots, 18 loading bays, and dedicated lanes for different transport providers.

There are also multiple entry and exit points to improve traffic flow.

Grab Philippines was the first ride-hailing company to begin full-scale operations of its airport service at the TNVS hub on December 8.

“This initiative is a game-changer not just for Grab drivers but for all ride-hailing drivers operating at NAIA Terminal 3,” said Grab Philippines country head Ronald Roda. “As a platform that represents and supports the livelihood of TNVS drivers across the country, Grab is proud to lead this effort alongside NNIC to elevate the experience for both passengers and drivers.”

Meanwhile, JoyRide started operating out of the TNVS hub on December 10, offering both app-based and Super Taxi rides. Angcars, the four-wheeled ride service of Angkas, will likewise establish a base at Terminal 3.

Passengers with no prior bookings or no ride-hailing apps on their mobile phones can also proceed to the dedicated lounges of Grab, JoyRide, and Angcars to make on-the-spot bookings. These lounges are located adjacent to the car park.
