The Nuvali Flyover is officially open today, March 21. As expected, it’ll shake up the traffic flow in the area, so residents of nearby villages and subdivisions as well as motorists who frequent this part of the south should take note.
According to the Santa Rosa City LGU’s official advisory, there’ll be no changes to the flow of traffic for the portion of the West Service Road coming from Santa Rosa Village 1, Don Bosco, and San Jose Village 1. That will still be a two-way road approaching the intersection of the Laguna Boulevard Interchange. After the intersection, however, it’ll be a one-way road leading up to the Nuvali Flyover.

The segment of the East Service Road opposite the Nuvali Flyover—the one coming from the Nuvali area and behind Vista Mall—will be a one-way road headed towards Mamplasan. The short portion of the same service road just past the main intersection, meanwhile, will also be a one-way street.
For the other portions of the service roads, however, we have no word on whether or not there will be changes. But it might be safe to assume that the status quo will remain for the other segments. Rest assured, we’ll keep you posted if there are any changes.
