They say Sundays are good for driving in the metro. There’s light traffic, it’s much less chaotic than usual, and it’s relaxing to stroll around. But what if we told you that it’s fun to commute around the city, too?
We know it’s still not an incentive for most of you to ditch your cars and just take public transport to get around. But maybe this could help convince you: the new ‘Pamilya Pass’ is available on all major rail lines in the city on Sundays. This allows users to buy one train ticket and get three more for free. No IDs needed. This is available on the MRT-3, LRT-1, and LRT-2.

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. led the launch of the new program.

The promo is available until the last Sunday of 2028.
