Could this finally be the end of the Yanna saga? The Land Transportation Office has formally charged the moto vlogger with three violations of Republic Act No. 4136, or the Land Transportation and Traffic Code. The agency later concluded and found her guilty on two of those offenses.
She will be mainly charged with reckless driving and operating a vehicle without side mirrors. Yanna was also operating a vehicle without attached number plates, but because she is not the registered owner of the motorcycle she was riding during her road rage incident, the LTO absolved her of that particular offense.

For these charges, Yanna will need to pay P7,000 in fines—P5,000 for motoring without side mirrors, and P2,000 for reckless driving. Her driver’s license is still under a 90-day suspension, which started earlier this month.

The LTO also suspended the license plate of Yanna’s registered motorcycle. Law enforcers were then instructed to confiscate the plate and to apprehend Yanna if she is seen operating a vehicle while her driver’s license is suspended.
LTO chief Atty. Vigor Mendoza II then emphasized that Yanna has a “heightened responsibility” to use her platform for good and to promote safe motoring. If you recall, Yanna left her road rage video on her Facebook page for several days before taking it down and appearing before the LTO following a show cause order.
