Universal Motors Corp., the local distributor of Nissan commercial vehicles in the country, is set to launch an all-new vehicle on March 25.
Without revealing details, Universal Motors tagged the new vehicle as "the one and only ZUV."
When asked what the Z stands for, Universal Motors executive vice president Elizabeth Lee said it comes from the lineage of Nissan's Z cars with the "same engine and Infiniti class interiors."
Universal Motors is mum about the new vehicle but an image on the invitation (see photo below) sent to the media seems to be hinting it's the new Nissan Murano.
TopGear.com.ph recently reported that Universal Motors is taking over the distribution and sales of the second-generation Murano. The first-generation model was sold by Nissan Motor Philippines, the distributor in charge of Nissan passenger cars in the country.
