‘Tao ka po?’ Commuter has ‘sabaw’ moment after accidentally booking Angkas Padala

A pretty bizarre but funny encounter

There are only two kinds of sabaw in this world: sabaw because you’ve been doing too much work or sabaw because it’s a Monday and thus your brain refuses to start working.

A commuter that goes by the name of Charity Venus on Facebook was apparently the latter, and she’s now gone viral on social media for her major lutang moment to start off the week.

The lady here booked an Angkas ride to get to work this morning. When the rider arrived, she was asked: “Tao ka po?” Twice. Dumbfounded, she responded with a puzzled “opo.” I won’t lie—I probably would’ve reacted that way, too.

Ah sige sige, ganon din naman ’yon,” the rider bizarrely replied.

Apparently, she accidentally booked Angkas Padala instead of selecting the ‘Passenger’ option in the app. That explains the rider’s response.

Sorry kuya, Monday na Monday hahaha pero ba’t kasi tao ka po tanong mo, napaisip tuloy ako kung tao nga ba ako,” she shared on Facebook.

Just to double down on her sabaw moment, Ms. Charity here posted a blurred selfie to go along with the post. The story behind it was she was supposedly taking a photo of a building, but she didn’t realize she was using the wrong camera.

In any case, we’re just glad this lady was still able to beat the Monday rush and get to the office this morning. Or at least that’s what we think happened. Kudos to kuya rider as well for understanding that “it do be like that sometimes.”
