The hype train has reached its final stop. Suzuki Philippines has finally launched the all-new Jimny locally, following several months’ worth of leaks and speculation.

In case you haven’t heard yet, the 2019 Jimny will be available in the Philippines in four official variants, with prices ranging from P975,000 to P1,095,000. All units will come packing a 1.5-liter gasoline engine capable of 100hp and 130Nm of torque, mated to either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic transmission.

Just like in the previous Jimny, the cabin has a simple utilitarian vibe to it—it’s very rugged and industrial, and if you didn’t mind the use materials in the last one, you certainly won’t mind now.
