High performance cars are no-brainer candidates to be immortalized in model car form. After all, those cars are objects of desire of enthusiasts, so what better way of making them even more aspirational by immortalizing them into die-cast form.
But more recently, we’ve been seeing more regular cars getting the same treatment, particularly Toyotas. Pop Race has the Vios, while Para64, in cooperation with local toy company Blue and Yellow Diecast Toys, rolled out the Fortuner. Now, there’s another best-selling Toyota that will soon join that mix.

Ask and you shall receive, they say, and result of that is the Toyota Innova scale model. It’s yet another collaboration with Para64 and Blue and Yellow, and we can’t wait for it to hit shelves soon.

When we say soon, it might be a fairly long wait. Blue and Yellow reckons they’ll be able to roll it out by the fourth quarter of 2025. That said, anyone interested can now pre-order the car as early as now.
Based on the pre-production sample shown by Blue and Yellow recently, the model is based on the mid-spec 2.4 G variant of the Toyota Innova. No, the 2.4 bit isn’t a typo, as most markets actually use the smaller 2.4-liter diesel rather than the 2.8-liter that powers Philippine-built models. Consider us blessed, then.

Two color choices will be offered as well. The first is Attitude Black Metallic, complemented by Super White Pearl. As mentioned, those interested can pre-order now and avail of the special price of P880. Once it’s out there, it reverts to its SRP of P980.
