When you first lay eyes on the Hyundai Veloster, spacious and practical aren't exactly the first two words to pop inside your head. But as it turns out, there's a lot more to this funky orange car than we initially thought.

We took the Veloster on a long drive up to Bolinao, Pangasinan, where we found the Korean carmaker had done an excellent job of combining sportiness and convenience into one fun little package. As our writer Niky Tamayo puts it: "It's not quite a sports car--it's a lifestyle car. But when you want to have some fun in the twisties, the Veloster obliges."

Multiple steering modes, a sunroof, good space and an enjoyable drive--there's not a lot more you can ask for in a car like this. For more on the Veloster, watch the video above or check out our July 2016 issue.
