‘Cheap’ cars aren’t always bargains

Especially if you’re in the market for something a little more upscale. Say, a Rolls-Royce Phantom maybe? Lesson: When It comes to buying luxury cars, you’re probably better off buying brand-new. Hell, if you’re hunting Rolls-Royces, why bother scrimping anyway?
