Are you in the market for a budget Android smartphone? Check this out: The new Samsung Galaxy A27 5G is scheduled to drop on July 10, 2026, with prices starting at P18,990. That will nab you the entry-level unit with 6GB of memory and 128GB of storage.
A configuration with double the space is also available for P21,990, but notably, the model’s hardware and features are standard across the board. That includes the 6.7-inch Infinity-O Amoled display with a 120Hz refresh rate, the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 processor, and the 5,000mAh battery. The latter is also compatible with 25W fast charging.

Standard features also include a four-camera setup, with three sensors at the back and a single 12MP shooter up front. On the rear, the main camera offers 50MP, supported by a wide-angle lens and optical image stabilization. The other rear cameras are a 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro.
The phone also has a certified IP64 water- and dust-resistance rating, while its on-board storage is expandable to 2TB with a micro SD card. Samsung also says the A27 5G is AI-capable, with support for Google Gemini, Perplexity, and Bixby.
Overall, it weighs about 200g and measures 162.4mm long, 78.2mm wide, and 7.8mm thick. At launch, it will be available in black, blue, and light pink finishes. Interested buyers can find it at authorized Samsung stores, on the brand’s official website, and on its flagship portals on Lazada and Shopee.
Samsung will also offer discounts of up to 1,500, along with free travel adapters and battery-powered fans from Jisulife. This entire launch package is valued at around P3,639, and will be available until September 15, 2026.
