If there’s one thing we know about the Vespa community, it’s that some people there go big on aftermarket upgrades. Like, really big. While some riders like to keep their Vespas stock, others really splurge on their scoots.

Now, if you’re a Vespa owner yourself and have a bad case of upgraditis, you might want to check out SOCA Philippines’ portfolio. This Indonesian brand recently entered the market, and it brought along with it a wide range of aftermarket accessories for the Vespa kind.

SOCA is derived from the Sundanese dialect of Indonesia and translates directly to ‘eye.’ Much like the scooters it caters to, SOCA is a very visual brand that “represents the fusion of sleek and timeless design aesthetics” in the world of Vespas.

SOCA currently has four products in its lineup: cast-alloy wheels, ducktail spoilers, sportscreens, and mirror hole covers. The highlights of the portfolio are the wheels, which come in two kinds: R-AR and R-AF, as seen above. These are available for the Vespa 946, GT-S, Sprint, and Primavera. These come in different finishes and cost P50,000 per pair. We were told that more designs are on their way—including Enkei Rally-inspired wheels—so keep an eye out for those.

The sportscreen is currently just available for the Sprint and costs P10,000 a pop. It’s a fiber-reinforced piece of plastic shaped perfectly for the Sprint. The ducktail (P8,500) and the mirror hole caps (P2,000 per pair), meanwhile, are available for both the Sprint and Primavera. The former is made from the same material as the sportscreen, while the latter is built of machined aluminum.

If you want to see how the SOCA accessories look like on a Vespa, you can check out the photos here. Just take note that the snazzy scooter in the photos also features a custom wrap from Second Skin Industries, so it’ll take a bit more work if you want your Vespa looking like that.

“SOCA products are not just mere parts and accessories; they are a visual expression of a Vespa riders’ passion for riding in style,” the official press release reads. “They are meticulously designed to provide a seamless and eye-catching interaction with Vespa scooters. Every SOCA creation is inspired by the desire to maintain the Vespa's timeless aesthetic while adding a touch of modernity.”

SOCA Philippines president and CEO Julien Maille also tells us there’s a lot more in store for the brand, so Vespa owners, stay tuned.
