Coinciding with the unveiling of the 2021 BMW S1000 R is the introduction of the newly enhanced G310 R. Called the Dynamic Roadster, this model recently received a slew of upgrades to better meet riders’ needs.

In 2015, the German manufacturer debuted in the under-500cc segment with the original version of this naked bike. Fast-forward to today, and the G310 R’s 313cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine now comes with an electromotive throttle controller for better response, as well as a feature that helps prevent stalling upon starting.

Like the new S1000 R, this roadster is also equipped with a self-boosting anti-hopping clutch that lessens engine drag torque, at the same time improving driving safety when braking and downshifting. Both the clutch and the handbrake lever are adjustable in four stages.

The headlight and turn indicators are now LED to improve night and traffic visibility. The left handlebar has controls to operate high beam, low beam, and daytime running lights. The housing covers for the alternator, the clutch, and the coolant pump, along with the footrest plate and the rear grab handle, are rendered in Titanium Gray Metallic.

The G310 R will be available in Cosmic Black and Polar White, while the exclusive Sport style option comes in Limestone Metallic.
