Secondhand bike prices have dropped years after the pandemic, and it’s certainly a buyer’s market now. Purchasing secondhand stuff, however, isn’t always for everyone. A lot of people still prefer buying their bikes brand-new—saves them from the hassle of having to inspect a unit and make sure nothing’s wrong with it. It also avoids the need to transfer ownership on the registration documents.
If you’re that type of person and you’re in the market for a brand-new bike, then get this: Honda Philippines has rolled out significant discounts on multiple big bikes, most of which from its 500cc lineup.

The most notable discount is on the CBR500R, the middleweight twin-cylinder sportbike. For the month of March, it’s being offered at P60,000 off, dropping the price tag to P329,000. The NX500 adventure bike, the successor to the CB500X, is currently being sold at P40,000 off. Its sticker price is now at P369,000.

Other newer models in the CL500 and the CB500 Hornet also get P40,000 discounts each. The Rebel-based crambler now stickers for P369,000, while the naked bike now sells for P339,000.

Other notable discounts are for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, which now comes with a whopping P200,000 discount. To the unfamiliar, the Fireblade is Honda’s high-revving supersport. Its smaller sibling, the four-cylinder CBR650R, meanwhile, comes with a P50,000 discount, cutting its SRP to 504,000.
