As Ferrari celebrates its 60th anniversary in the United States, the Italian carmaker has revealed that it is creating a limited-edition model to mark the occasion.
Outgoing Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo himself revealed the news during a meeting of the company's board of directors as they convened to discuss the financial results of the first half of 2014.
"To celebrate Ferrari's 60th year in the US, we have developed a special car of which just 10 examples will be built," Montezemolo declared in the meeting.
Considering the occasion, it's safe to assume that all 10 limited-edition units will be sold exclusively in the US.
