The updates made to the Honda HR-V have been relatively subtle. However, the company is going all out when it comes to accessories and personalization.

The HR-V is known as the Vezel in its home market of Japan, where Honda is offering a wide variety of accessories that customers can mix and match to suit their tastes. At the same time, four style packages were also revealed for Japanese buyers.

The first model on the list is the Urban Style. It adds a new grille with a chrome surround, along with a deeper front apron, prominent side skirts, and rear bumper kit. Also included in the package is a larger tailgate spoiler, foglight garnishes, and C-pillar trims, finished in body color and chrome.

Moving to the Sports Style, it takes a page from the Urban Style with its kits and accessories. However, instead of being body colored, these are all finished in gloss black. On top of those, this package includes a set of two-tone 18-inch alloys and black side mirror caps.

On to the Adventure Style, it does exactly what it says on the lid. It adds a sportier grille and some decals, but the most important thing here is the roof box by A-Collect.

As for the Casual Style, it gets rose gold painted highlights throughout the body. It’s present on the grille surround, body kit, side mirror caps, and tailgate spoiler. It then wears a set of 18-inch alloy wheels courtesy of Modulo.

While these style packages unlikely to ever arrive in the Philippines, we can expect the facelifted HR-V to land on our shores eventually. As soon as this version of the HR-V is introduced in Thailand, you can count on it coming to the country within a few months.
