Honda has released new details on its 2025 Japan Mobility Show display, and the Japanese manufacturer is looking to have all forms of mobility covered—even for outer space.

But let’s start with land travel, shall we? We’ve been told to expect a new Honda 0 Series prototype, expanding the lineup to three after the 0 Series Saloon and SUV. It will be another SUV, but how much smaller or bigger it is than the already existing concept remains to be seen in a couple of weeks’ time. A four-wheel compact EV prototype will also make its world premiere. It’s already undergoing road testing in Japan, the UK, and Asia, assuring us it won’t be a JDM special and that more markets will be able to enjoy “Honda’s signature playful spirit” it embodies.

Several bikes should capture the interest of two-wheeler fans as well: a motorcycle EV concept and an e-MTB prototype. But probably more exciting are the production-ready models. The first is the Honda CB1000F and its SE version. Based on the CB1000 Hornet, this large naked bike is powered by a Fireblade-inspired four-cylinder engine and features ’80s retro styling inspired by the CB750F.

For something smaller, the Dio 110 Lite and the Super Cub 110 Lite will also make an appearance. The recently announced models are classified as Class 1 mopeds that put out just under 5hp. They are set to go on sale in Japan this year on November 20 and December 11, respectively.

Other commercially available models that will be on display are—of course—the production Honda Prelude, the N-One e:, the CR-V e:FCEV, and the CR-V e:HEV, which is about to make its Japan debut. Something we got ahead of the mothership, for a change.

Speaking of ship, Honda is also launching what it calls a Sustainable Rocket—not literally launching one at the show, although it did already conduct takeoff and landing tests in June. For something that flies within the stratosphere, there’s still the HondaJet Elite II.

Finally, personal and assistive mobility devices will be shown at the Tokyo Future Tour 2035 display of the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association. These include the Uni-One, the Motocompacto, and the Striemo.

We’ll find more when the JMS 2025 opens on October 29. Who’s excited? We know we are.
