The facelifted Hyundai Creta could be on its way to Southeast Asia. There’s a good chance that the version the region gets is the same as the Indian and South American models, unifying the look.
Why the forecast, you ask? That’s because teaser ads of the new-look Creta have been spotted in Indonesia. Ad materials there have also hinted that it will come this month.

But aside from the new design, there’s another interesting thing about the next ASEAN-market Hyundai Creta. Government documents in Indonesia have hinted that the N Line and Turbo models are coming to the region. Interesting news, indeed.
There’s no official confirmation from the brand just yet, but it’s something to look forward to nonetheless. As it is, the 2025 Creta sports a sharper new fascia and tailgate, making it look dramatically different from the current model. Not only that, the interior gets an overhaul too.

The N-Line adds sportier exterior embellishments such as a front bumper with a deeper apron, an N-Line grille, and red highlights throughout the body. Other exclusives include unique 18-inch alloy wheels, dual exhaust pipes, a faux skid plate, and red brake calipers. It also gets deeper bucket seats, more red trims inside, and an N-Line steering wheel.
But we’re most interested in the N-Line Turbo model. The engine uses the same 1.5-liter mill from the more pedestrian versions, but then benefits from boost. The result is 158hp, 253Nm, and the promise of a good time. That engine is then paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, although it would be great if ASEAN markets also get the six-speed manual option.

Once it makes its regional premiere in Indonesia, it could be an indicator of the new model’s arrival in the country. But as to the availability of the N-Line and turbo models, that’s up to Hyundai Philippines.
