If you’re still hoping that the Accent will arrive in the local market, this isn’t quite the Hyundai launch story you’re waiting for. The Korean carmaker has instead chosen to reintroduce the 2026 Hyundai Venue, which offers a much lower entry point to Hyundai crossover ownership than the recently launched Kona (P1,528,000) and the refreshed Creta (P1,134,000).
Check out the variants and prices:
Hyundai Venue 2026 variants and prices

- Hyundai Venue 1.6 GL MT – P778,000
- Hyundai Venue 1.6 GL AT – P898,000
- Hyundai Venue 1.6 GLS AT – P998,000
That starting price guns straight for the Kia Sonet, whose base LX manual variant has the exact same SRP.

The Venue is powered by a 1.6-liter gasoline engine that puts out 121hp and 151Nm of torque. There are three settings available via Drive Mode Select in the GLS: Normal, Eco, and Sport. Traction control in this spec ensures ample grip even on slippery surfaces.

Some of you will already be familiar with the Venue’s design from its previous stint on our roads. Alongside its stablemates, it might look a bit dated since it still uses the design language from 2019, but at least within its segment, it should be able to hold its own. The GL trims ride on 15-inch alloys, while the range-topping GLS gets 17-inch wheels. Four color options are available: Abyss Black Pearl, Atlas White, Denim Blue, and Ecotronic Gray Pearl.
Inside, an eight-inch central multimedia display comes standard across the range and features Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. The instrument cluster is a 3.5-inch LCD unit for the manual GL and a 4.2-inch screen for the other two variants. GLS-exclusive features include keyless start, leatherette upholstery, ABS, and stability control.

Buyers can purchase the Venue with Hyundai Finance, which partners with BPI, BDO, and EastWest to offer low down payments or low monthly amortizations. Cash discounts of up to P46,000 are also available.
The Hyundai Venue is currently on display at the Hyundai Mobility Experience this weekend, September 12 to 14, at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheater. The rest of the Hyundai local lineup is also on display.
