The midsize pickup segment is continuing to heat up. We’ve seen various big introductions over the past year or so, and now there’s another new arrival, this time from Mazda Philippines—it’s the new BT-50.

“The BT-50 is an integral and important member of the Mazda family,” said Mazda Philippines president and CEO Steven Tan. “The current-generation BT-50 was launched in 2021 and since then, has been well-received with thousands finding homes across the country.

“The new BT-50, with its bolder design and long list of standard features goes beyond the numbers,” he added. “Like other Mazda vehicles which are human-centric in their design, it’s an enabler for life’s passions. With that, it’s a compelling choice, regardless of the task at hand.”

There are only two variants available at launch. There’s the lower 3.0L AT 4x2 stickering for P1.55 million and the higher 3.0L AT 4x4 Pangolin which goes for P1.85 million. Worth noting here is that the Pangolin Edition has been reworked as the top-of-the-line BT-50. Also, the new Pangolin is more expensive than the previous range-topping trim, but it’s also a bit more affordable than the old Pangolin. You can check out the price list below.
