No need to shout, Mercedes-AMG, we hear you. We said WE HEAR YOU. Underneath these digital covers sits the rather shoutily-named CONCEPT AMG GT TRACK SPORT (their caps, not ours). We’re just spitballing here, but one suspects it is an AMG GT built for the track, that’s very sporty.
This suspicion is grounded in the tease of a rather large rear wing, the tease of a rather aggressive front splitter/diffuser, and AMG’s own words. “The uncompromising concept vehicle is designed for absolute driving dynamic peak performance to set new standards and record times”.

Again, just spitballing here, but could that reference an assault on the Nürburgring? And A.N. Other circuits across the globe? We’ll find out later this year. We know this concept is currently being “finalized” before it’s set loose on a test track, and that it’ll inform “a possible expansion of the GT series with a V8 engine”.

We hear you, Mercedes-AMG. Sorry, WE HEAR YOU.
