After unveiling the all-new Nissan Kicks e-Power in Thailand during the 2026 Bangkok International Motor Show, the series hybrid finally makes its way to the Philippines for a preview. It inches closer to being available for consumers, along with the Primera, Navara Pro, and the newly launched X-Trail e-Power.
The new Kicks—expected to come in three variants according to Land Transportation Office homologation papers—features updated styling, with sleeker body lines, new wheels, and a redesigned front fascia and rear end.

The interior also gets updated with a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, improved Zero Gravity seats for added comfort, and a cohesive redesign that matches the car’s mature looks. The new Kicks is also expected to come with Nissan’s ProPilot, an array of safety features including front-collision warning, front-emergency braking, lane-departure prevention, and lane-keeping assist.

It retains the outgoing Kick’s e-Power system with a 1.2-liter gasoline engine serving as a generator for the front-mounted electric motor. The system produces 134hp and 280Nm of torque, easily spurring the subcompact SUV into action when you floor the accelerator.
As of writing, there’s no word yet on the official price for the all-new Kicks, so we’ll have to wait for its official launch along with the rest of Nissan’s new lineup. If you want to see the subcompact crossover in the metal, it will be at the 2026 Philippine International Motor Show from June 4-7 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City.
