Nissan Philippines has finally unleashed the Navara Pro Plug-in Hybrid into the local market. After being teased in June, we repeatedly saw glimpses of the electrified pickup, but never an official release.

But now the prices are in, with Nissan revealing that the Navara Pro will be offered in two variants. The entry-level VE 4x4 is priced at P2.448 million, while the fully loaded VE 4x4 currently stickers for P2.648 million. Keep in mind that these are introductory prices, and both variants will have a price increase of P50,000 after the promotional period.

As their names suggest, both variants come standard with a 4x4 drivetrain. The electrified pickup is equipped with 2H, 4H, 4L, and automatic four-wheel drive settings, along with an electronic locking rear differential.

Powering this drivetrain is a plug-in hybrid powertrain built around a single electric motor, a 1.5-liter engine, and a 20.24kWh battery. The motor itself is rated at 209hp and 350Nm of torque, while the engine is advertised with 141hp and 220Nm. Thanks to its motor and battery, the Navara Pro can also drive up to 75km on just electric power. Nissan has yet to confirm the combined range.

Those who opt for the higher LE variant will get additional powered accessories for the bed and an improved 12-speaker Focal sound system. However, both variants get the full Nissan ProPilot suite, the same 14.6-inch main screen, and complete compatibility with the MyNissan Connect app.
