Porsche 911 art installation main feature of Goodwood Speed Fest

With the Porsche 911 celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, the German carmaker had several exhibits lined up for the recently concluded 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The centerpiece of Porsche\'s exhibit was the bespoke 911-inspired art installation that incorporated an original 1963 model, a 1973 2.7 RS, and the current 991 model. As had become the tradition, the sculpture was prominently displayed outside the Goodwood House.

Another exhibit at the venue was the lineup of seven generations of the 911 road cars, \"which clearly showed the evolution of the iconic sports coupe over the past five decades.\"
