Today’s special edition Range Rover—because it’s been a few minutes since the last one, and the one before that—comes to you via the medium of this bronzed, Range Rover Sport SV ‘Carbon.’
It will come as little surprise to learn the RRS SV Carbon is packed full of…carbon, and completes a flurry of special Range Rover Sports by leaning towards “lightweight performance.” Relatively speaking, of course.

As such, as standard it comes with the ‘forged carbon exterior pack’, which adds lots of forged carbon onto the exterior. In the form of a pack. This includes the bonnet, around the exhausts, and elsewhere. There’s a choice of four optional paint colours, along with ‘curated’ hues from the ‘SV premium palette.’

Interestingly for a car titled ‘Carbon’, you’ll have to option the 23-inch carbon-fiber wheels and carbon-ceramic brakes, because as standard it comes with 23-inch forged alloy wheels and anodised black calipers.
Mercifully, there’s carbon detailing offered inside, like on the seatbacks and dash, and there are a number of interior appointments and colours to choose from. Don’t like leather? There’s ‘Ultrafabrics,’ which isn’t a superhero group dedicated to protecting materials, but a leather-free option.

As standard, the RRS SV Carbon comes with the familiar 4.4-liter, 626hp, 800Nm, V8 thunderclap with a bit of hybridity tossed into the mix. It’ll allow this Rangie to top out at 300kph where applicable. All in—and with those carbon wheels optioned—this RRS SV Carbon is 76kg lighter than the standard car.
